For the 4th year in a row, we invite you to a weekend filled with beautiful nature, nourishing new perspectives, flow, sisterhood, and ocean magic!

This year, we are teaming up with the wonderful founder of Ocean Soul - Emely Freja to give you an unforgettable, in-depth experience. Join us for a weekend of stand-up paddleboarding and yoga in Denmark's most unique natural setting. The retreat is for women only.

SUP and yoga will be our primary activities and focus. The combination of yoga and SUP helps us connect with nature, our inner selves, and be present in the moment. You will learn to feel safe on the water. At the same time, you will gain the correct techniques to paddle effectively, using your whole body and the elements around you.

No prior experience with SUP or Yoga is required to participate - come as you are! We offer coaching for all levels and ages. For the past 3 years, we have had a beautiful age range from 20-70 years! All equipment is also included. We have received registrations from siblings, friends, mothers and daughters, and brave women who sign up on their own. We always look forward to the fantastic camaraderie created at this retreat.

The goal of the weekend is to provide you with renewed energy and strengthen you in your life. We want to give you a break from everyday stress and hustle in a relaxing and nourishing environment. Most of all, we look forward to sharing our love for the ocean and contributing to a deeper connection with Mother Earth.

LOCATION

Our base for the weekend is perfectly situated in the landscape between the high Møn, Klintholm Harbor, and Møns Klint. Yoga is enjoyed in the garden - with views of the Baltic Sea and the hilly landscape towards Møns Klint. We have our very own sauna and outdoor shower, and enjoy the beautiful view as much as we can. The perfect place for relaxation, SUP, and Yoga. The house is located a few hundred meters from Klintholm Harbor and a 5-minute drive from Møns Klint.

HOSTS

This year's retreat is organised and run by Emely and Kesia.

Kesia is originally from Norway and is the co-founder of Møn Surf. She has 12 years of experience as a water sports instructor and camp manager. She has a background as an occupational therapist and several years of experience in organising sports and activities for all levels. Surfing has played an enormous role in her career and personal life ever since she held a kite in her hands for the first time. Her loving and warm energy makes everyone feel comfortable - even if the element of water is not within your comfort zone.

Emely is a certified Stand Up Paddle instructor through the Danish Sailing Federation and has taught in both Denmark and abroad. She has worked eight seasons as a coastal lifeguard and has extensive knowledge of weather and water conditions, as well as a lot of experience with first aid in the water. Emely is also a 2-time Danish champion in kitesurfing. She is a certified 500RYT yoga teacher and runs her own travel agency offering SUP, Yoga and Kitesurf trips

Payment

When you book the retreat, you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit.

The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days before the retreat takes place. You will receive an invoice via email. For cancellation terms, please read here.

Friday

16:00 - 17:00 arrival. Welcome! We offer a welcome drink while you have time to look around and enjoy the fantastic place. Gathering and introduction

Saturday

08:30 - 09:30 Healthy and delicious breakfast

10:00 – 12:00

SUP intro course (location depends on the weather). You will learn all the basic paddle techniques, and safety on open water. There will be time to focus on your specific technique and how to implement the whole body and breath.

12:30 Lunch

13:30 – 15:30 SUP trip continues (location depends on the weather). Alternatively, we will have a yoga session.

15:30 – 17:00 Sauna in Klintholm Havn - and fruit snack

17:00 – 18:30 Downtime, time to shower and relax

18:30 – 20:30 Dinner

20:30 - 22:30 Hike at Møns Klint

Sunday

07:00 – 08:30 Yoga with Emely

08:30 – 09:30 Breakfast

09:30 – 10:00 We pack up and leave the house

10:00 – 12:00 SUP and activity on the beach. Now you've tried it and know how to stabilize, balance, and breathe on the board. So now it's time to have fun! We'll play some fun games and do some yoga exercises on the boards

12:30 – 13:30 Lunch on the beach

13:30 – 15:00 SUP free play / individual training. Everyone who wants to practice even more has the opportunity to get back in the water one last time - just you and the ocean. You also have the chance to get advice and guidance for your SUP training and further journey with water sports.

15:30 Time to say goodbye. Thank you so much for a fantastic weekend. See you on the water!

*NOTE!

Nature decides - and it is important that we listen. If the weather permits, we will take a SUP trip along the cliff. But if the weather is too wild, we will find an alternative route. There are lakes and secret, very special places that we use as backup. It's fun and good practice to SUP in waves, so we are sure to have some great experiences. Mother Nature never disappoints.
